Starting with yoga nidra, we will take you on a meditative journey. With each breath, you sink deeper into a state of relaxation, allowing a gentle blend of handmade Indian soundbath instruments to carry you into a state of blissful serenity. This is a nurturing space to unwind, de-stress, and settle into stillness.
