Join me at The Arlington Baths Club on 27th September 2026 at 3.30pm for a calming, restorative Sunday designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through a gentle blend of yoga nidra, reiki, and a range of handmade instruments, the soundbath draws on the five elements - Earth, Water, Fire, Air, and Space - to support deep relaxation and energetic balance. This is a nurturing space to unwind, de-stress, and settle into stillness. The last event SOLD OUT, so spaces are limited.
