About the event
Treat yourself to an individual sound bath experience at Soul Sisters Holistic Day Spa for a calming, restorative session designed to help you slow down, soften, and reconnect. Through personalised one-to-one sound baths, I create a gentle space for you to pause, breathe and simply be. Rooted in my Indian heritage, each session brings together an authentic ritual with handmade instruments, Reiki, silence and stillness to help you rest, reset and feel deeply restored.
I am part of the wonderful, caring team at Soul Sisters Holistic Day Spa. For a richer holistic experience we also offer spa packages - you can combine a soundbath with a range of therapies like a CBD whole body massage, reflexology or a facial with Kirsty, or even try out a tarot and tea reading with Jackie.
